What we collect, why, and how to change your choice.

This notice explains what information All Luxury Hotel (allluxuryhotel.com) collects, why, and what you can do about it. Last updated September 25, 2026.

What we collect

  • Forms. When you use the contact or corrections form, we receive the details you enter (name, email address, message). The forms are delivered to us by Web3Forms, which processes them on our behalf. We use them only to answer you and keep them no longer than needed.
  • Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) records how pages are used, for example which lists lead to a booking click. We do not use advertising cookies. If you reject, the analytics script is not loaded.
  • Server logs. Our host and our network provider keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser, time) for security and to keep the site running.

Cookies

The site works without cookies. Your cookie choice itself is stored in your browser (local storage) so we do not ask again. With consent, Google Analytics sets its own cookies (names starting with _ga). You can change your choice at any time with , also in the footer.

Booking links

When you click Check availability you leave our site for a booking platform, which has its own privacy policy. It may know that you came from us, so it can pay a commission.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, through the contact form. California residents can make these requests under the CCPA; we do not sell personal information. Visitors in the EU and UK have the rights set out in the GDPR, including the right to complain to their data protection authority.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and its date.
