Corrections
When we get something wrong, we fix it and log it here.
We check every hotel against its own website before publishing, but hotels change: a restaurant closes, a pet policy changes, a hotel is sold and renamed. When something on this site is wrong, we want to know.
How corrections work
- We review every report within a few working days.
- If a fact is wrong, we fix it on every page where it appears and log it below with the date.
- If a hotel no longer meets the Luxury Standard, we remove it from our lists and say so here.
- Hotels may report factual errors about themselves. They cannot change a verdict or a ranking.
