Grand Hyatt Baha Mar

The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. Food options were amazing albeit it was a challenge to get bookings. But all restaurants that we had meals were excellent with very friendly staff,

he staff was absolutely incredible-from Iesha at the checkin desk going way above and beyond to assist my family with getting into our room a bit early, to all of the restaurant wait staff, lifeguards, housekeeping etc...it was just phenomenal to be treated with such warmth and diligence throughout our stay. They all made our trip memorable and we can't wait to go back! Additionally, the facilities were clean, the water park was safe and well-run, the food and drinks all over the resort were delicious.
